Project Manager

Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Management of GC/CM and negotiated projects
- Secure subcontractor bids, manage project buy-out, and administer subcontracts
- Manage project staff and operations to ensure budget and schedule objectives are achieved
- Assist project staff to complete project occupancy, punch list and timely close-out
- Lead project meetings and conferences
- Responsible for project P/L
- Preconstruction leadership including budgeting, cost estimating and owner and design team support
- Participation with project procurement and presentations
- Establish and build strong rapport with project team members
- Collaborate with Bouten team to establish project objectives and deliverables
- Assist with coordinating project specific company safety and quality programs
- Uphold high ethical standards which are the hallmark of Bouten Construction Company
Basic Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction-related field
- LEED AP
- BIM and strong technology expertise
- Demonstrated strong leadership and communication skills
- Minimum 10 – 15 years project experience (healthcare experience a plus)
- GC/CM and negotiated experience managing projects > $10.0 million
- Timberline Project Management and Primavera Scheduling Experience
- Thorough knowledge of estimating process
- Self-motivated and passionate about delivering exceptional client service

- Integrated Project Delivery experience a plus
