Project Manager
We are currently seeking a results-oriented project manager with a minimum of 5 to 10 years of hands-on experience in commercial construction. B.S. in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related discipline required. Candidate shall have strong interpersonal skills, be well-organized and enjoy a collaborative working environment.
Responsibilities will include management of negotiated and competitively bid construction projects. Preconstruction role on negotiated and GC/CM projects will involve cost estimating, value engineering, schedule development, owner and design team support, and subcontractor outreach and bidding. Construction management role will include attending and administering meetings, project leadership with field personnel and office support staff, subcontract management, reviewing and monitoring project costs, and project close-out. Proven experience and leadership skills required. Working knowledge of Microsoft Project and Primavera are a plus. Individual must have a desire and passion for future career advancement.

Project Engineer
We are currently seeking an energetic and highly-motivated college graduate with a minimum of three years experience as project engineer or assistant project manager. Candidate will be responsible for field and office paperwork distribution, shop drawing and submittal review, reporting to project manager and superintendent, RFI processing, material procurement, cost control reporting, document control, and assisting with project close out. Computer skills are essential. B.S. in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related discipline required.
Individual must have a desire and passion for future career advancement, be customer-focused in the areas of communication, leadership and time management. Travel and relocation to our out-of-town jobsites within our geographic work area will be required.

Construction Superintendent
We are currently seeking Superintendents with proven field management and leadership experience on commercial construction projects valued at over $5.0 million. Candidate must have a minimum of 8 years experience.
Direct responsibilities shall include supervision, coordination, scheduling and control of all field activates related to subcontractor and Bouten self-performed work. Superintendent will work closely with Bouten project manager and support staff to deliver projects on schedule, on budget and within all required Bouten quality standards. Candidate must have the ability to create strong working relationships with the owner, architect and all project team members. Pro-active problem solving attitude along with the ability to carefully plan all aspects of commercial construction projects is a critical requirement for this position.
